FoxyFate produces readings for reflection and entertainment. They are not predictions of the future and not statements of fact about you or anyone else.

Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are making a decision that matters, talk to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

You must be 18 or older to purchase. Readings marked 18+ contain adult themes and require you to confirm your age before starting one.

FoxyFate is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Every reading starts free. Unlocking a full report is a one-time purchase of digital content, delivered immediately.

There is no auto-renewing subscription today. If we ever add one, it will be clearly labeled with its price and renewal terms before you agree to it.

Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Embers are virtual credits used inside FoxyFate for follow-up questions. They have no cash value, are not currency, and cannot be transferred, sold, or cashed out.

They do not expire while your account is active. If we discontinue them, we will give notice and honor unused balances per the refund policy.

Couple readings ask for another person's birth date. Only enter details you have a legitimate reason to use, and don't use FoxyFate to harass, monitor, or make decisions about someone without their knowledge.

Don't break the service, scrape it, resell reports, present our content as your own professional advice, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for abuse.

Reading text is licensed to you for personal use. Sharing a screenshot with friends is fine; republishing reports as a product is not.

The service is provided as-is. Features may change, and we may pause or discontinue readings. If we change these terms materially, we will say so in the app.

To the fullest extent the law allows, FoxyFate is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.
