Saju is a traditional Korean method that turns your birth date and time into four "pillars" — year, month, day, and hour — each written as two characters. Readers interpret the balance of five elements across those pillars as a personality and timing pattern. We compute the pillars exactly, then write a reading from what they show.

No. If you know it, you get all four pillars. If you don't, we read the year, month and day, and disclose that hour-specific details are unavailable. A birth certificate is the usual place to find the time if you want to redo it later.

Yes. Every reading computes your real chart and gives you the score, the verdict, and a free preview at no cost. You only pay if you choose to unlock the full report.

3 per day. The counter rolls over 24 hours after each reading, and everything you generate stays saved in My Readings.

Choose solar (the regular calendar) unless your family tracks your birthday on the lunar calendar. We convert between them automatically either way.

Yes — couple readings use both charts. You need their birth date; their birth time is optional, and most people don't know it. Only enter details for someone you have a good reason to look up.

It depends on the reading — currently from $0.99 to $29.99. The price is shown on every product page and again before you pay. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Embers are virtual credits used for follow-up questions on unlocked readings (30 per question). Earn them with daily check-ins and referrals, or buy a pack. They have no cash value and never expire.

Not what you hoped? Full refund within 7 days of purchase — one email, no questions asked. After 7 days the sale is final; duplicate charges, charges you don't recognize, and readings that fail to generate are always refunded, any time. Full details in the refund policy.

No. We do not sell or share personal information for money.

Yes. Your reading is only visible on your device unless you share it yourself.

A share card shows only the product, your verdict tier, and your top percentage. It never includes your name, your birth details, or any of the reading text.

Go to Settings → Data management and delete everything. It removes your readings, birth details, credits, and history immediately.
